The mission of the IT Service Desk is to provide the Institute’s students, faculty, staff, and visitors with a centralized point of contact for all supported products and services.The IT Service Desk will be your first point of contact for any problems with your computer, programs or desk phone. The team are available to provide help and support to any staff or student at the Institute.
The best way of contacting the IT Service Desk is by phone and email at email@example.com. Over 60% of calls are resolved straight away over the phone.
Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
You can contact IT Services outside of these hours by using IT Self Service or if the issue is not urgent, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The IT Service Desk is staffed by a dedicated team of experienced analysts.All of our team members are responsible for handling customer requests and issues through to fulfilment and contributing to continual service improvements.
